Ocean, Gold Coast

The goal of the project was to roll out the existing branding for Meriton’s large Ocean sales centre. Working with the Meriton marketing team, we created a showroom inspired by the enviable beachside lifestyle of the future residents of the Gold Coast’s tallest residential tower.

This project posed enormous logistical challenges for both design and production. The display suite is situated on the Gold Coast and was aimed to launch through the interstate border restrictions.

Allegra, Zetland

The pronounced emerald green texture used throughout the Allegra branding was a response to the brief to create an identity for Meriton’s residential project set out to be “the epitome of parkside living.” Allegra is a residential project adjacent to Zetland’s much anticipated new community space Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre.

A full roll-out of marketing collateral was designed including the hero sales brochure, digital and print advertising, and signage.

The sales centre was designed to showcase the CGIs, aerial photography, finishes sample boards, as well as the Meriton corporate marketing. External signage included over 60m of hoarding, flags, and pylon wayfinding.

Otto, Cremorne

Winim's OTTO is an architecturally-designed block of eight stunning residences in the heart of Cremorne.

OTTO, meaning “eight”, has taken inspiration from its symmetrically balanced architecture and open-plan design to create a brand identity that is subtle yet powerful. A palette of greys and a circular graphic element created an understated, yet sophisticated brand identity.

The oversized sales brochure utilised a combination of high-end finishes; a luxurious, lustrous two-toned case-bound linen cover changes its appearance in the light, matt black foil and a large emboss.

TAMA, Tamarama

TAMA stands tall as two architecturally-designed five-bedroom, split level homes with all the depth and daring of the seaside they overlook. Precinct Capital developed these homes to be unique amongst the usual offerings of this tightly held community. To reflect the close proximity to the ultimate beach lifestyle, branding exudes the cool, beach-going lifestyle that makes people flock the world over. A stark black and white identity boasts sincerity, timelessness, and a sense of modernity. Inspired by nature and locality, we get glimpses of an enviable lifestyle through the lens of TAMA.

Longhouse, St Ives

Inspired by the Scandinavian “langhaus”, Longhouse is a boutique collection of 18 single-level three-bedroom residences nestled amid lush surroundings, showcasing grand proportions, light-filled structures, and beautifully crafted interiors for over 55 living.

Longhouse’s identity is inspired by the intersection of the northern European longhouse architecture and the prevalent lush foliage of the surroundings. The substantially oversized brochure and premium paper stock highlight the high-vaulted ceilings, expansive living areas, and gorgeous landscaping design of St Ives’s finest contemporary luxury residences.

Oasis, Cronulla

At first glance, Oasis appears as a veil of greenery taking centre stage on the foreshore of Gunnamatta Bay. A closer look reveals a thoughtfully designed, glamorous building softened by an abundance of vertical landscaping.

Taking a cue from the architecture and interior styling, an ultra refined and minimalist branding was developed to allow the glorious imagery to shine through. A large coffee table book overflows with generous lifestyle images and CGIs.

The Terraces, Willoughby

The Terraces comprises of six three-bedroom terraces in the heart of the leafy and exclusive suburb of Willoughby. The goal of creating timeless, elegant branding was directly inspired by the architecture and interior architecture of the building. Six vertical lines, inspired by the residences themselves, are seen throughout the collateral atop a warm palette of neutral tones bringing a sense of light and luxury.

Developed by FC Building, SABBIA is the epitome of elegant design and coastal living. Moments away from Ramsgate Beach, SABBIA is an exclusive collection of 20 sleek boutique apartments. Saltwater, style and sophistication — keywords thoughtfully brought to the forefront in its brand identity with a sand-like brochure cover, warm photography, and dreamy CGIs.
